About the Centre
Sunkids Eight Mile Plains is a purpose-built centres that cater for 85 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout 5 fully-serviced, modern learning rooms designed specifically for each age group.

About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate Food Coordinator to join our leadership team at Eight Mile Plains.
As an Food Coordinator you will have a passion for providing healthy nutritious meals daily to the children, as well as:

• Be able to help prepare, implement and evaluate the nutritional content of menus for children of all ages
• Have experience in bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management and budget control
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, in accordance with Food and Council Authority requirements
• Ability to work 5 days per week highly regarded and to work 9 am to 5 pm.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Centre Cook/Chef within an Early Learning setting
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Asthma Management Certificates
• Current Blue Card
