Our Brisbane Client Service Team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our supportive and professional workplace.
About the Role
We are seeking an Estimator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electrical and Communications Services. Experience in Audio Visual and Security systems will be highly regarded. This role involves preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and Standing Offer Arrangement proposals for a diverse range of clients and projects.
You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and our internal teams to scope, cost, and deliver competitive, compliant, and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for electrical and communications projects.
- Develop Standing Offer Arrangement proposals.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS regulations, and Stowe quality systems.
- Interpret multidisciplinary drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ estimating experience in electrical and communications services.
- Audio Visual and Security experience advantageous.
- Proficiency in Conest, Microsoft Office Suite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- High-level competency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
