This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist eager to diversify their experience with paediatrics or aged care clients, with a nice mix of both NDIS & My Aged Care funding streams!
- Salaries from $83,000 - $110,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

- Diverse Caseload: Support children with physical, neurological & congenital conditions, and elderly clients with mobility, falls prevention, pain management, equipment prescription, wound and pressure care, and restorative programs.
- Flexible Work Settings: 80% community-based (homes, schools, early childhood centres, aged care residences) and 20% clinic-based.
- NO Micromanaging: As long as you're working your hours and completing the work, you can work from home as little or as much as you like.
- Manageable Billable Targets: 5 per day maximum. Reduced during your onboarding period with a gradual increase.
- Strong Admin Support: Intake, bookings, billings, and service agreements are all managed for you.
- Tailored Supervision: Access weekly, fortnightly, or monthly supervision with a senior OT experienced in your caseload area.
- Smooth Onboarding: Gradual caseload increase over three months, with system training, site introductions, and work shadowing.
- Salaries starting from $83,000 - $110,000 + Super
- Salary Packaging: Includes up to $15,900 tax-free per FBT year for everyday living expenses (e.g. mortgage, rent, groceries, bills), additional $2,650 tax-free for meals and entertainment (e.g. dining out, holiday accommodation), Novated car leasing option - lease repayments and running costs paid from pre-tax income.
- Professional Development: $2,500 PD allowance, PD leave, and access to a shared team budget to support your growth.
- Work-Life Balance: Choose your start and finish times, and complete admin work from home or in the clinic.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
